The Profile Drawer

The Profile Drawer is where your personal account settings live, along with — if you're an admin — the workspace-wide settings for your whole team. It's available from every page in the CRM.

Opening it

Click the round avatar button in the top-right corner of the header. Avatar button, top-right of header A panel slides in from the right.

What's in it

The items below appear for every signed-in user:

  • My Account — your name, email, password, and (if you'd like) two-factor authentication.
  • Notifications — everything REVR has notified you about, with an unread-count badge on the drawer item itself when there's something new.
  • Preferences — your personal display preferences.
  • Dark Mode — a toggle switch, right in the drawer. It takes effect immediately, and your choice is remembered for next time.
  • Sign Out — at the very bottom of the drawer.

Admin-only items

If your account is an admin, you'll also see these, above the items everyone gets:

  • Branding — your logo, colors, and how your company appears on documents and the client-facing portal.
  • Theme Colours — fine-tune the CRM's own color scheme for your team.
  • Billing — your plan, payment details, and invoices.
  • Data Storage — where your documents are stored, and how much space you're using.
  • Audit Log — a record of who did what in your workspace. Only visible on the Business and Enterprise plans; see the Audit Log page for details.
  • Team — invite teammates, assign roles, and manage who's active.
  • Email Configuration — set up your own outgoing email address for client-facing messages.

Agents and brokers won't see this admin-only group at all — just My Account, Notifications, Preferences, Dark Mode, and Sign Out.

Troubleshooting

I don't see Branding, Billing, Team, or the other admin items. Those are only shown to admin accounts. If you believe you should have admin access, ask whoever set up your workspace to check your role under Team.

I turned on Dark Mode but some part of the page still looks light. Try refreshing the page. If a specific section still looks wrong after that, it's worth reporting — different pages share the same color settings, so this is usually quick to fix.

The Notifications badge shows a number but I don't see anything new when I open it. The badge counts notifications since you last opened that page — opening Notifications clears it, even if you don't act on every item inside.
