Signing Up

REVR CRM is free to start, with no card required, and every paid tier can be trialed free for 30 days at any time. This page walks through creating your workspace for the first time.

Before you start

You'll need:

Your company (or agency) name
An email address you can access, for your admin login
A password of at least 8 characters
Your country, so REVR can set the right currency and jurisdiction defaults for you

Step-by-step

Go to the REVR CRM sign-up page. Sign-up form on screen
Enter your Company name — for example, "Acme Realty Ltd."
REVR suggests a subdomain for you automatically, based on your company name (for example, acme-realty). This becomes part of your CRM's web address: acme-realty.ocean-fog.com. You can type your own instead — letters, numbers and hyphens only. As you type, REVR checks availability and shows ✓ Available or a reason it isn't. Subdomain field with live availability check
Enter your email — this becomes your admin login for REVR.
Choose a password — at least 8 characters.
Select your country from the list. REVR uses this to set your default currency, jurisdiction, and data-residency region.
Click Create your free workspace.

Reviewing the Terms of Service

Before your workspace is created, REVR shows the Terms of Service in a scrollable window. Terms of Service overlay

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the terms.
Once you've reached the end, the I Agree button becomes active.
Click I Agree to continue, or Cancel to go back and change anything first.

You'll only see this once, at sign-up. It won't appear again for your own account afterward.

What happens next

Once you agree to the terms, REVR creates your workspace. This takes a few seconds. When it's done, you'll see:

"Your REVR CRM site is being set up at [your-subdomain].ocean-fog.com — free to use, for as long as you like."
A Go to your REVR CRM site link — clicking this signs you straight in, with no need to type your password again. This link is single-use, so open it right away rather than saving it to click later.
A Go to your Custom Listing site link — this is your public-facing listings website, which starts out empty until you add your first listing.

Troubleshooting

My subdomain says "Not available." Someone has already taken that subdomain. Try a variation — adding your city or a short suffix usually works (for example, acme-realty-tt).

The "I Agree" button won't activate. It only activates once you've scrolled the Terms of Service to the very bottom. If your window is very tall and there's nothing left to scroll, it should activate immediately — if it doesn't, try resizing your browser window and scrolling again.

I already used my sign-in link and it says it's expired. The link from your success screen is single-use and meant to be opened right away. Go to [your-subdomain].ocean-fog.com and sign in with the email and password you set at sign-up instead — see First Sign-In.

I didn't get to click the sign-in link before closing the tab. No problem — your workspace was still created. Go directly to [your-subdomain].ocean-fog.com and sign in with your email and password.
